Human Development & Relationships

Due to recent county budget cuts to the Extension Iowa County Department, the Human Development Relationships Educator position is no longer being supported.  As a result, the following programs are NO LONGER PROVIDED in Iowa County.  

  • Dial gauge and pressure canner testing in the Iowa County office will no longer be available – Please see the following website for more information and alternative resources: Testing Dial Gauge Canners 
  • Planning Ahead program (end-of-life and estate planning)
  • Aging Mastery program
  • Powerful Tools for Caregivers program
  • Financial coaching for low to moderate income people and families
  • Work N Wheels consultations
  • Mental health programming, such as Mental Health First Aid and WeCOPE  
  • HCE (Home and Community Education Association of Iowa County) support and education programming
