Trips, Scholarships, and Awards
Experiences, Awards, and Scholarships – The Iowa County 4-H Leaders Association offers funding to help offset some of the costs associated with attending a state or national 4-H trip or experience. Other opportunities include the Key Award, the highest honor a 4-H member can receive (given to outstanding 4-H members each year in 9th grade or older with three years enrollment in 4-H and one year in the youth leadership project) and the Graduating Scholarship, a scholarship for members who are graduating from the 4-H program.
In order to be considered for funding, the applicant must be a member of Iowa County 4-H, must have completed a record book in the previous year (club 4-H leaders will be contacted to verify record books), and must complete an application. There are two application links below: one for younger members who would like to attend state-based experiences (such as Art Camp and Art Beat), and one for older youth for the larger trips, Key Award, and Graduating Scholarship.
